Full Refund: If you cancel your application within 14 days of booking, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees.

Partial Refund: If you cancel your application after 14 days but before 30 days of the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

No Refund: If you cancel within 14 days of the program start date or after the program begins, no refund will be issued.

2. Conditions for Refund:

Refunds may also be granted in the case of visa denial or medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.

The following fees are non-refundable:

Application and processing fees.

Visa fees and any other administrative charges.

Pre-booked accommodation and travel arrangements.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving all required documents.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or an alternative method may be agreed upon.
